is Greek for the eternal, the everlasting,

the ageless — as is the Sacred Olive Tree.

Able to survive for centuries, the olive tree is inextricably linked with Greek culture as a symbol of peace, health, faith, and abundance. “At the beginning there was Time and Matter, and through them came the Sacred Olive Tree. Greeks called it AEONIAN, meaning “αιώνιος" the eternal, the everlasting, the ageless.

ORIGINS

Aeonian Olive Oil comes from Papailliopoulos Estate, a small family business dedicated to promoting authentic Greek natural products.

This private estate is located in the Messinian region of the Peloponnese peninsula, where the single variety of olive named Koroneiki is grown in the sun-bathed rich soil.

 

Our annual production is limited in quantity and controlled at every process, to ensure the highest quality. We put care and love in every step of the process, from hand-harvesting our olives to attain the deep green color (proof of purity and health benefits), to cold-pressing the olives.
